The methods we use:

Systemic Therapy: The goal of systemic therapy is to identify the deep-rooted patterns within a person's relationships and family members. We explore these dynamics as well as the process of differentiating from this system to complete the authentic self.

Synthetic Systemic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic approaches: Conscious and unconscious experiences of the past emerge which shape the present. This method aims to resolve internal conflicts, impulses, subconscious processes and everything that we do not control.

Narrative Therapy:  Growing up we internalize voices from our carers. These internalized voices often serve as the lens through which individuals interpret their experiences and interactions. The narrative therapy helps shift these internalized voices towards your self-acceptance, resilience, and growth.

Attachment theory: It argues that the way we relate to others is rooted in our primary relationships with our primary caregivers. By exploring patterns of attachment formed in childhood, this therapy helps individuals recognize and transform dysfunctional relationship dynamics, fostering greater security and intimacy in adult connections.
